ABOUT JOEL SIDNEY SCHULTZ:

Mr. Schultz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a degree in Building Construction. He has been an Architect for over 35 years, during which time he has designed numerous homes, commercial buildings, and health care medical facilities in Coral Springs, Boca Raton and other South Florida areas. His design creativity has won him many awards such as the Pinnacle award, the prestigious Fame award and the Gem award for excellence in residential design. Mr. Schultz’s license and experience as a  General Contractor has added another dimension to his Architectural talents in that it allows him to understand the entire concept of design from the drawing board to the completed project. His creativity, hard work, and solid professional ethics has enabled him to stay successfully in business all these years.
Mr. Schultz served on the Coral Springs Code Enforcement Board for 18 years and was chairman for three of those years.
